Talk to us

A person reads every message. Tell us what you need and we will come back to you by email.

What is this about?

So we can reply. We will not use it for anything else.

Enterprise

Enterprise is quoted to your capacity rather than sold from a price card. Tell us how many hours and destinations you broadcast and we will come back with a figure.

When you will hear back

We aim to answer within one business day. These are first-response times, not a contractual SLA.

Answers that may be faster than writing

Most questions we get already have a page. If one of these covers yours, you do not have to wait for us.

What to include, so we can answer the first time

When something is not working

  • The stream's name, and roughly when it happened — with your time zone.
  • The encoder or app you send from, and its version.
  • Which destinations were affected, and whether the others were fine.
  • The exact text of any error message, or a screenshot of it.

When you are choosing a plan

  • Roughly how many hours a month you broadcast.
  • How many destinations you send to at the same time.
  • Whether you need recordings, and how long you keep them.
  • How many people on your team produce broadcasts.

What happens after you send it

A person reads every message and replies by email — to the address you give us, or to your account's address if you are signed in.

If you are signed in, the message is attached to your account and workspace, so we can look at the stream you are writing about without asking you for its details again.
