Frequently asked questions

Do presenters need to install anything?

No. The Studio runs in the browser. You send a join link, the guest opens it, picks a camera and microphone, and they are in — no download, no account, no meeting client.

Can we stream a webinar to LinkedIn or a custom platform as well as YouTube?

Anything that accepts an RTMP URL and a stream key works as a custom destination, alongside the platforms we connect to directly. You add it once and it stays on the stream.

Can we pre-record the demo and still take questions live?

Yes, and it is usually the safer plan. Schedule the recorded demo to play out at your start time and be in the chat while it runs, so the product never breaks in front of an audience but the Q&A is genuinely live.

How do we turn a launch into clips afterwards?

The recording lands in Storage when the broadcast ends, and Clips turns sections of it into short vertical videos for social without a separate edit.
