How to run a webinar that streams to every channel
Choose where the audience watches
A webinar on StreamRove is a live broadcast rather than a meeting. Connect the channels your audience already uses — YouTube, LinkedIn through a custom RTMP destination, Facebook, your own site through the embeddable player — and the session goes to all of them at once. Nobody has to register or install a client to watch, which is the right trade when reach matters more than a sign-up form.
Set up the Studio before the day
Open the Studio in the browser, pick your camera and microphone, and add the slides as a screen-share scene. Send each speaker a guest link: they open it, check their own camera and microphone on the join screen, and come in when they are ready. Layouts switch while you are live, so you can move from a speaker on their own to a two-person conversation to a full-screen slide without leaving the page. Name cards follow each guest if they drop and rejoin.
During the session
The chat from your connected platforms sits beside the stream, so the host can pick up questions while presenting rather than switching tabs. The health panel shows whether every destination is receiving the stream. If you would rather not risk a live demo, record the demo in advance and schedule it to play out in the middle of the session, then come back live for the Q&A.
After the webinar
With Record armed the session is in Storage as soon as you stop. Share the replay, cut the strongest answers into short clips for social and follow-up emails, or schedule the whole recording to run again as a live session for another time zone. Viewer numbers from every destination are in one analytics view, so you can see which channel actually brought the audience.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a webinar platform or a streaming platform?
A streaming platform. The audience watches on YouTube, LinkedIn, your own site or wherever else you send it, rather than behind a registration wall — which is the right trade when reach matters more than lead capture.
How do guest speakers join?
By opening a link in their browser. No install, no account, and they can be added or dropped while the broadcast is running.
Can we share slides?
Yes — screen sharing is a scene in the Studio, with the presenter kept in a corner tile so the audience still sees who is talking.
Can we run the same webinar again later?
Record it, then schedule the recording to play out as a live broadcast at a new time. To the audience it is a live session; to you it is one you already delivered.
How many speakers can be on screen?
It depends on the plan — the number of Studio guests is listed on the pricing page. Guests can be swapped during the broadcast, so a panel can be larger than the number on screen at once.
Can we use our existing webinar slides and tools?
Yes. Share any window or screen as a scene, so PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or a live product demo all work without converting anything.
