1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of StreamRove's websites, apps, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by StreamRove, Inc. ("StreamRove", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

StreamRove lets you broadcast a single live video or pre-recorded file to multiple third-party platforms at once, produce streams in our browser studio, generate clips, and view analytics.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of the third-party platforms you choose to stream to.

3. Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Stream or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the rights to broadcast.
• Violate the terms or policies of any connected third-party platform.
• Transmit malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others, or distribute content depicting such conduct.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain all ownership of the content you stream, upload, or create with the Service. You grant StreamRove a limited license to host, process, transcode, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (for example, relaying your stream to your chosen destinations).

You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, including suspending or removing your streams or accounts.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and in the cases set out in our Refund Policy at /refunds — which also explains how to ask for one.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamRove will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
