Should a launch be live or pre-recorded?
Pre-record the demo, be live in the chat. Scheduling the recording to play out removes the one risk you cannot rehearse away — the product failing on stage — while the audience still gets a real conversation around it.
Can we start exactly on the announced minute?
Yes. Schedule the play-out for that time and it starts on its own, or set it up in advance and press Go live when you are ready. Either way the video runs in real time and the stream ends with it.
Can several presenters join from different places?
Up to a full panel can join the Studio from a browser link. Each one gets their own name card on screen, and layouts switch while you are live.
What do we do with the video afterwards?
