Data Deletion

最終更新日:September 3, 2026

Your data is yours. You can delete a connected platform, or your entire StreamRove account, yourself and at any time — here is how, and what happens when you do.

1. What this page covers

You can delete the data StreamRove holds about you at any time, without asking us first. This page explains what we hold, the three ways to remove it, and how long each one takes.

It covers both the account you created with us and anything we received from a platform you connected — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, or Kick.

2. What we receive from a connected account

Connecting a platform is what lets StreamRove send your broadcast to it. To do that we store, encrypted at rest:

  • The account's identifier on that platform and its display name, so you can tell your destinations apart.
  • Access and refresh tokens, which are what actually authorize us to publish on your behalf.
  • The ingest address and stream key we read from the platform in order to send your video to it.
  • For Facebook and Instagram: the Pages you granted access to and the Instagram professional account linked to a Page, so clips can be published as Reels.

3. Option 1 — Disconnect a single channel

This is the fastest route and it is the right one if you only want a platform gone, not your whole account.

In StreamRove, open Channels, find the connected platform, and choose Disconnect. The channel and every token, key and profile detail we received from that platform are deleted immediately. Your StreamRove account, your streams and your recordings are untouched.

4. Option 2 — Remove StreamRove from the platform

You can also revoke access from the platform's side, which works even if you can no longer sign in to StreamRove.

On Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → StreamRove → Remove. Facebook notifies us the moment you do, and we delete the tokens and mark the channel disconnected without any further action from you. Removing the app on Facebook also covers the linked Instagram professional account.

On Google/YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions. On Twitch: Settings → Connections. On Kick: Settings → Connections.

5. Option 3 — Delete your StreamRove account

To remove everything, open Account settings → Advanced → Delete account, enter your password and type DELETE to confirm. This deletes your account, the workspaces you own, and everything inside them — streams, destinations, recordings, uploads and connected channels — and signs out every device.

This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore an account after it is deleted.

If you signed in with Google and never set a password, the in-app deletion asks you to contact us instead, so that we can confirm it is you before deleting anything.

6. Ask us to delete it for you

If you would rather we did it, or you cannot get into your account, email [email protected] from the address on the account and tell us what you want deleted — a single connected platform, or the account and everything in it.

We answer deletion requests within 30 days and normally much sooner. We may ask you to confirm something only another account holder would know; we ask for this to keep someone else from deleting your data, not to slow the request down.

7. What we delete, and what we keep

Deleting a channel or an account removes the personal data described above from our systems. Backups are rotated on a schedule, so a copy may persist in an encrypted backup for a short period after deletion before it is overwritten.

We keep the minimum required by law — for example, invoices and payment records we are obliged to retain for tax purposes. These contain billing details, not your connected-platform data.

How we handle personal data generally is described in our Privacy Policy at streamrove.com/privacy.
